01 · The Problem

Most brands are built on a shallow foundation.

The channels aren't the problem. The foundation underneath them is.
On a shallow foundation
  • ×Paid ads rent attention that leaves when the budget does.
  • ×Influencer campaigns spike, then fade with the feed.
  • ×Product drops sell out, then go quiet until the next one.
  • ×The algorithm decides who sees you next.
On a strong foundation
  • +Paid ads convert better, because customers already know why they'd choose you.
  • +Influencer campaigns turn viewers into customers, not just impressions.
  • +Product drops build on each other instead of starting from zero.
  • +The algorithm becomes a bonus, not a lifeline.

None of these channels are bad, and none of them should be ignored. They just can't be the only leg the business stands on. Green builds the foundation underneath: owned demand that isn't at the mercy of a changing algorithm, with more lift in every rented channel because your audience is connected to what you offer. Same channels. Same spend. Completely different results.

Owned demand that doesn't flinch when the algorithm changes.
And more lift from every dollar you already spend.
02 · Who It's For

For Founders and CEOs Building Brands In and Around Golf.

Six worlds, six versions of the same leak. Pick yours.

The question that exposes it all: "Why this brand?" When no one, not the founder, the ambassadors, or the customers, can answer it clearly, everything downstream gets more expensive.
03 · Why Now

Golf has never been bigger. Or more crowded.

48M+
US golfers in 2025, an all-time high across on- and off-course play
37.9M
off-course participants, up roughly 50% over the decade
+46%
growth in women playing on-course since 2019, golf is younger and broader than ever
$6.6B
projected global golf apparel market by 2030, driven by the lifestyle crossover
04 · Offerings

Three ways to work together.

Start where your brand is. Each one builds on the last.

01

Brand Positioning

Turn a good golf product into a brand people choose on purpose.

Timing · 4 to 6 weeks

Sample deliverables

  • Two-sided brand audit: how you see the brand vs. what a customer actually finds
  • Your Brand Clarity Gap and the one priority fix that matters first
  • Positioning statement and the category you own
  • Messaging pillars, plus your one-liner, elevator, and boilerplate
  • Voice and language rules: the words you own, the words you avoid

Outcomes can include

  • Lower CAC as the brand starts carrying more of the load
  • One message your team, ambassadors, and customers all say the same way
  • Pricing power, so you stop competing on discounts
  • Retail and partnership conversations that take you seriously
02

Demand Strategy

Build the engine that makes demand show up before you pay for it.

Timing · 3 to 6 months

Sample deliverables

  • Channel audit: where owned demand is leaking today
  • Owned-demand playbook across organic, email, referral, and brand search
  • A content approach tied to the brand, not to trends
  • Distribution and repurposing system, so one idea works everywhere
  • A simple scorecard to see what is actually compounding

Outcomes can include

  • Inbound that shows up without paid pushing it
  • A list that converts, not just one that grows
  • Word of mouth you can point to, the group chat doing the work
  • Every paid dollar working harder because the brand is doing its share
03

Production Partnership

The demand engine, built and run with you.

Timing · 3 month minimum, ongoing

Sample deliverables

  • A quarterly brand and content roadmap tied to your calendar: drops, events, the season
  • Produced brand and content in the formats your audience shows up for
  • Campaign concepts for launches, tournaments, and partnerships
  • Creative direction and brand guardrails your team can run with
  • A monthly working session and a clear priority list

Outcomes can include

  • A consistent presence that finally feels like one brand
  • Launches that build on each other instead of starting from zero
  • A brand customers wear and talk about off the course
  • Momentum that holds even when you pause spend
The ladder: Positioning builds the foundation, Demand Strategy builds the system, Production Partnership runs it with you.
05 · Common Questions

What founders usually ask before getting started.

If you have a real product or idea in motion, yes. Brand Positioning fits founders from first collection to established brands that never built the foundation. Demand Strategy and the Production Partnership fit best once the product is proven and you've developed product market fit, but haven't found the consistent traction you were hoping for. On the intro call we figure out where you are, and if the honest answer is "not yet," I'll tell you that too.

An agency sells execution: ads, content, deliverables. Green sits upstream of all of that. We diagnose where your brand is leaking demand, then build the positioning and systems the execution should have been briefed from. And you work directly with me the whole way.

Golf is where I go deepest: apparel, supplements, products, tournaments, courses, media, and everything that intersects the game. That's the world I know and the culture I live in. The demand engine underneath works for any consumer brand, so if you're adjacent to golf and it feels like a fit, ask.

Positioning clarity shows up in weeks: a sharper message, a story your whole team tells the same way. Owned demand takes longer, it compounds over months, not days. What you get from day one is a diagnosis and a scorecard, so you're never guessing whether it's working.

Direct. Every engagement starts with the audit, then a working session to name the priority. From there it's structured sprints with clear deliverables, a monthly rhythm if we're partnering ongoing, and me in the work, with an occasional trusted partner from my network joining us along the way for specialty projects. When you work with me, you get me, which is why I only partner with a handful of brands at any given time.

You can, and if the brand is strong they'll work even better. But if customers can't say why your brand, more spend just buys the same attention at a higher price. The point isn't to eliminate paid marketing. It's to stop depending on it.

Jordan Green

Founder of Green. After more than a decade leading brand work inside corporate America, I started this practice in 2022 to bring senior-level brand strategy directly to founders, without the agency layer in between. Now that work lives where my own life does: in and around golf.

"When you work with me, you get me."

Every audit, every strategy, every engagement is led by the same person, from the first call to the final deliverable.

06 · Work With Me

Let's build demand you own.

Tell me where your brand is and where it's stuck. No pitch, no pressure, just a conversation about what's leaking and what to fix first.
